That was the question asked on Thursday, August 1, 2024, in suburban Minneapolis at our most recent Understanding the Times event. Michele Bachmann was our guest. My co-host was Pastor Mark Henry.
Michele delivered a one-hour presentation considering, in part:
- The story behind the disastrous presidential debate June 27?
- Who really is running the country?
- Did Joe Biden have a medical emergency in Las Vegas in mid-July?
- What is so unusual about the coronation of Kamala Harris?
-
Both presidential candidates were removed—although one, former President Trump, overcame and survived an assassination attempt.
- What was happening behind the scenes when Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu was in Washington, D.C.?
- What was behind the “mostly peaceful” Washington D.C. riots when Netanyahu was present?
- How concerned should we be about Kamala Harris’ pro-jihadi views? And her anti-Israel sentiment?
- The globalists are now dictating who can be in power. Are we surprised? Is there a puppet master?
- Can we ever go back to normal in America, or anywhere in the world?
- And much more, including the good news.
- Plus a panel discussion on current events.
The current year is the essence of the predicted “perilous times” of 2 Timothy 3. We have drama, intrigue, and tragedy at every turn. We have the debauchery of the globally-televised 2024 Olympics and their mockery of Christianity. World economies are sinking today. A major Mid East conflict is about to explode onto the scene.
Everywhere, people are calling evil good. (Is. 5:20)
It must be the last of the last days. Surely Jesus is coming soon. Perhaps that is the only good news. For sure, that is our “blessed hope.” (Titus 2:13)
If God is always in control, how can we see our times today as out of control? Let's see them as allowing all things to fall into place. The one-worlders cannot disrupt God's plan of the ages. Let's seize the opportunity to get more souls into the Ark of salvation.
One more thing: Would you pre-order my forthcoming Harvest House book, "When Jesus Returns: Living in Expectation of the End Times" with a Foreword by Amir Tsarfati? Retailers look at pre-orders this Fall. Pre-orders are taken at Amazon by typing in my name and book title. The book features many of the best messages given at almost 20 of my conferences in the Twin Cities over many years.
