Our lives are so often hectic and harried. A useful talent indeed is finding the still point: that place where we can, for a moment, cease doing and simply be. It takes practice to dwell in the silence and be wholly present there: but once we learn what it’s like, we can return there again and again, trusting our Lord to be there too.

A reminder to parents:
This Sunday is the last day of Church School. During the summer recess, children are welcome to worship with their parents. Nursery care will continue to be provided for the younger set. Church School will resume on Kick-Off Sunday, September 9.
