Can you smell the pumpkin spice in the air? Autumn is finally here and it's already been a busy season at Santa Maria!
On October 9, we held a FREE Health Fair at the Price Hill Recreation Center. The fair offered participants free COVID-19 vaccinations, boosters, antigen tests and antibodies tests. There were also mammograms available through St. Elizabeth's Mammography Van. The event was a huge success! We were able to provide:
63 Vaccines;
13 Pfizer Booster Vaccines;
34 COVID-19 Antigen tests;
14 COVID-19 Antibodies tests; and
16 Mammograms.
In addition, we distributed 127 boxes of food, 200 meals, and had more than 50 volunteers.
Santa Maria is also looking ahead to more great events!
