Canadian Wine Buyers’ Mission to Vinitaly
Verona, April 14-17, 2024
The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada West, in collaboration with Veronafiere is organizing the annual trade mission to Verona, Italy, providing the assistance to Canadian wine importers, agents, retail distributors and restaurateurs interested in attending this year’s 56th edition of Vinitaly, from 14 - 17 April 2024 (check-in April 13th; check-out April 17th).
Qualified Canadian wine buyers who will be selected by the Chamber and by the Vinitaly Organizing Committee will be offered a special ICCC trade package (valued approx. CAD$5,000++) including the following benefits:
- complimentary return flight in economy class to Italy

4 nights complimentary hotel accommodation in a single room at a 4-star hotel (the nights of April 13-14-15-16). Selected participants who would like to bring additional guest and stay in a double room will pay a supplement fee of approx.CAD$50/night.

1 free 4-day tradeshow pass and 1 free copy of Vinitaly 2023 catalogue

TASTE & BUY – one-day B2B workshop with Italian producers of your choice – MANDATORY.

Business assistance during the show including B2B interpreting, etc.
- Complimentary daily breakfasts & lunches

Complimentary access to VIP lounge (free internet, coffee, refreshments, etc.) at the fairgrounds

Free transportation (shuttle bus) to and from hotel and exhibition and from hotel and Verona Centre during evening/night time
Mission Cost:
FREE (if approved and selected) for qualified buyers who are corporate members of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada West

Remember - there is no fee or any cost to apply. Your admin fee or Chamber membership fee is only due upon your company being selected/approved for the sponsorship.
* Please note that the ICCC - VINITALY PACKAGE will be made available only to companies that will fully commit to the “TASTE & BUY – VINITALY INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOP” program that requires selected companies to attend 11 appointments (30 minutes each) per each TASTE & BUY workshop (dates to be confirmed) with Italian wine producers of your choice. A comprehensive list of the Italian wine producers from which you will select your preferences will be communicated in the next few weeks.
