Fleet Feet opened recently in the former movie theater, now an office/retail building at the corner of North Orange and Canal at 433 Canal Street. The best entrance to their store is on North Orange, across from Riverside Catering. As the name implies, they cater to runners so you'll find lots of the best shoes, runners clothing, and other accessories, as well as healthy snacks. Their phone number is 386-444-6044.
How about those flower pots? The big groupings of large flower pots are starting to proliferate on Canal Street. We think they make a huge difference in the appeal of our favorite street. Once the pots are all out, there are more projects that will follow. We are thankful to the City Commission for working with CSHD to identify and fund these improvements.
