Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We are incredibly grateful for your business.
As we continue to grow, and at the same time navigate staff shortages, we find our time is more precious than ever (as is yours).
In an effort to maximize our ability to take care of clients,
we ask that you read the information below so that you
are familiar with our cancellation and no-show policy.

·        We will make every effort to be on time for your appointment and we ask that you do the same. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late for your appointment, your service will be abbreviated as necessary in order to finish on time for the next scheduled client. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule.
·        Confirmation emails are a courtesy. If we do not have a current and correct email address for you, you will not receive an appointment confirmation.
·        We ask that you give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment. Service providers are compensated according to productivity. When you do not show up to your appointment or cancel without notice, it is impossible for the salon to fill that scheduled time, thus reducing your service provider's earning capacity.
·        No-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a charge of 50% of the cost of the service that was missed before a new appointment can be scheduled.
·        After 3 missed appointments with less than 24 hours notice, you will be asked to pay for your scheduled appointment upon booking. This is a non-refundable deposit that will be applied to your final bill on the day of your appointment provided you do not cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice. In the event of a no-show, cancellation, or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, your deposit will be used to compensate your service provider and the salon for lost time.
·        Alternatively, you may opt to schedule same day appointments upon availability.
Current Updated Covid Protocols
Effective November 24, 2021 Jefferson County issued
requiring face coverings for all individuals ages 3+ in
all public indoor spaces regardless of vaccination status.
We recognize this is a welcome relief for some, and a source of great frustration for others. The health and safety of our clients remains our top priority, and while we feel confident that we have been providing a safe environment throughout the pandemic, most recently without a mandatory mask policy, we will operate in compliance with JCPH.
Current Protocols
  • Please wear a mask inside the building per our current public health order.
  • Guests should check in at the front desk upon arrival and use hand sanitizer or wash their hands in the restroom.
  • Please reschedule your appointment if you are not feeling well.
  • We are offering drink service again.
  • We have resumed offering paraffin hand treatments for $9.00.
 Retail and Checkout
  • Feel free to shop until you drop! We are doing our best to keep items in stock despite the supply chain interruption. We have many new items as well as our tried and true favorites available for you to peruse.
  • We still offer safe, touch free, expedited checkout by placing your credit card on file. This is totally optional. Our software system encrypts your card number immediately, protecting your identity.
  • We accept cash and we also accept checks from established clients
Please note:
  • We will continue to offer private room hair appointments in the foreseeable future for those who are not comfortable in the main salon. These appointments are offered in limited capacity, please let us know at the time of scheduling if you need this type of appointment so we can make sure your appointment is booked appropriately.
  • We also have a few express service options available in our hair salon. These services were designed last year for clients who were concerned about lengthy exposure, but they have proved popular enough to continue. Please ask for details if you are interested in scheduling an express service. Please note: These services don't work for every client/service.
