Cancellation of Banc of California Payment System
Dear Homeowners,
PGA WEST Residential Association will no longer be using the Banc of California payment platform.
If you are currently making payments through their website (https://www.hoabankservices.com), please take the following actions:

Cancel any recurring payments you have set up.

Please do not make any additional one-time payments on this platform.
- New Payment Options Through Bank of America
Beginning immediately, you may make payments through the PGA West website at: https://www.pgawest.org/make-a-payment
Under the “Make a Payment” section, you will find instructions to set up your new recurring payment through Bank of America.

ACH payments (if available for your account) can be set up now.

Credit card payments will become available starting January 1, 2026.
If You Previously Signed Up for ACH
If you are enrolled for ACH on the 8th of each month, no further action is required, your payment setup will remain active. If you are not enrolled and would like for the Association to debit your account on the 8th of each month, please contact Nayely Lopez (contact information below).
