Hats off to the 460 Moraga folks who volunteered last Saturday and Sunday in the Community Service weekend to participate in 13 service projects and by making donations of food for the homeless that totaled 1,061 lbs, 1335 meals. That's community spirit at its finest!
Here's another hats off, this time to our Moraga Garden Club. Sustainable Contra Costa just announced that this club was named a finalist for their civic beautification award. The Moraga Garden Club regularly maintains 7 different places around town and recently started a seed library. Congratulations and thanks for all the beauty you create around town.
And lastly, expect traffic delays on Moraga Way from El Camino Moraga to Hall Drive Monday, October 10 through Tuesday, November 1, 2022 from 9 AM - 3 PM due to Orinda's annual paving and road maintenance program.
