Most recently, Charlotte served as General Counsel, Vice President and Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at Winrock International.

Emily Kunchala has been appointed Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer at American Chemical Society (ACS). Emily is an essential member of the ACS executive leadership team and oversees the management of the Society’s investments and treasury operations with overall responsibility for the financial operations of ACS. She most recently served as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President for Finance and Administration at The Research Foundation for the State University of New York (SUNY).

Igor leads the execution of initiatives and programs focused on global policy within the Bush Institute and provides strategic development of research, policy, and programmatic efforts. Igor is a seasoned global policy leader who has held positions of responsibility in think tanks, multi-client firms, and on Capitol Hill. Most recently, Igor served as Managing Director, International Practice at FGS Global.

Michelle Neal

Michelle Neal joined Business Roundtable, Inc., (BRT) as Director of Digital Communications. Michelle plays a leading role in the development and execution of BRT’s public affairs programs and digital communications strategies to advance BRT's mission. Most recently, Michelle served as Senior Manager for Creative and Digital as well as Interim Senior Manager of DEI for InterAction. 

Emily Lafon

Director, Medical Financial Policy

Emily Lafon is Director of Medicaid Financial Policy at the Virginia Hospital and Healthcare Association (VHHA). Emily provides leadership and oversight of the Virginia Hospital Mutual Assistance Program (MAP) and works closely with VHHA senior leadership, the MAP Governance Committee, and the state Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS). Most recently, Emily served as Executive Budget Manager for the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services.
