David Hill has been named Executive Director for the Bipartisan Policy Center's Energy Program. This role is responsible for leading all facets of BPC’s Energy initiatives and works closely with the organization's leadership team to address a broad range of federal and state policy issues. Our successful placement, David Hill, has a career spanning more than 25 years that reflects his deep expertise in energy law and policy, a strong command of regulatory frameworks, and a proven track record in leadership roles across government, the private sector, and academia. Most recently, he served as a Fellow at Columbia University's Center on Global Energy Policy and is the former Executive Vice President and General Counsel of NRG Energy, Inc. David previously served as General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Energy under President George W. Bush.

Stan McCoy

Stan McCoy has been named Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Entertainment Software Association (ESA). ESA works to promote and protect the dynamic marketplace for video games and enhance public trust in the industry. The General Counsel plays a key role on ESA's executive leadership team, overseeing legal, regulatory, policy, compliance, enforcement, litigation and contractual matters across state, federal and international levels. Stan brings extensive experience in policy, legal leadership, and international advocacy. Most recently, he served as President and Managing Director at the Motion Picture Association (MPA) for the EMEA region.

Seth Williford has been named Senior Director of Policy at Business Roundtable (BRT). BRT is an association of more than 200 chief executive officers of America’s leading companies, representing every sector of the U.S. economy. The Senior Director leads efforts on a wide range of workforce-related policy issues including shaping initiatives in immigration, education and workforce development, labor and employment, health, retirement, and employee benefits. This role supports policy formulation and engages directly with government institutions to advance key priorities. Seth brings deep expertise in immigration policy, workforce development, and economic growth. His focus spans critical workforce-related areas including employment-based immigration, temporary worker programs, and visa categories essential for driving economic progress. Prior to joining BRT, he served as General Counsel for U.S. Senator Thom Tillis (R-NC).
