JC Glick has been named CEO at The COMMIT Foundation, a not-for-profit founded in 2012 that empowers service members, veterans, and their families by providing personalized programs, resources, and the support of the COMMIT community to create purposeful and fulfilling transitions. JC is responsible for the leadership, operational management, and strategic direction of COMMIT and he brings an extensive network, creative ideas about how to grow the organization, and a strong personal connection to COMMIT’s mission. He most recently served as Partner and Founder of Prodromos Leadership and Culture Consulting and is the author of the books A Light in the Darkness: Leadership Development for the Unknown and Meditations of an Army Ranger: A Warrior for Everyone. JC is also a decorated combat leader and Retired Army Ranger, serving more than 20 years in the United States Army.

Mollie O'Dell

Mollie O’Dell has been named Vice President of Paid Media and Strategic Initiatives at the American Petroleum Institute (API). Mollie serves on API’s leadership team, supporting allied trade associations and coalition members, and serving as a catalyst for creative ideas, vision, and initiatives that advance American energy among policymakers and other constituencies. Mollie is a strategic communications executive who has gained broad experience working in public relations agencies and national trade associations. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Communications and Media Relations for the National Restaurant Association.

Jennifer Gibbons

Jennifer Gibbons has been named Vice President of State Government Affairs at the Entertainment Software Association (ESA). ESA works to expand and protect the dynamic worldwide marketplace for video games and enhance public trust in the industry. Jennifer holds a key strategic leadership role within the ESA Government Affairs Team with the responsibility of identifying key state priorities of ESA, developing a plan for achieving these priorities, and overseeing the execution against that plan. Jennifer has over 15 years of state government affairs experience including progressively responsible roles in the California State Assembly and in the Office of Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President of Government Affairs at The Toy Association.

Meg Calnan has been named Vice President of Executive Communications at the National Audubon Society. She is responsible for creating, shaping, and executing a comprehensive executive communications strategy for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Meg brings more than 16 years of marketing and communications leadership to Audubon, with extensive experience in conservation driven not-for-profit and for-profit environments. Most recently, Meg served as Senior Director, Brand Marketing and Strategic Planning at The National Geographic Society.

Anne brings more than 20 years of experience establishing strong fundraising infrastructures through private family foundations and other philanthropic organizations. She most recently served as Co-Founder, President & Executive Director at Hemisfair Conservancy.

Preethi brings a diversity of experiences from her time in consulting and across her roles in life sciences. She most recently served as Head of Consulting & Integration Management at Novo Nordisk Inc.
