Drumroll please... We are thrilled to share our 2024 Impact Report!
Since 2013, we have directed $299M to 162 companies and underlying funds. 90% of our investees have women or BIPOC representation in leadership.
This report dives more deeply into the numbers and into how these organizations are building a more just and sustainable world across our four impact verticals:

Home and Place: strengthening, local ownership, expanding access to affordable rentals, and helping build and preserve resilient, inclusive communities.

Employee Ownership: supporting cooperatives, ESOPs, and multi-stakeholder structures with the potential to create a more just economy.

Climate Justice: building a regenerative economy rooted in ecological restoration, community protection, equitable partnerships, and inclusive decision-making.

Diverse Allocators and Entrepreneurs: supporting innovative leaders who are too often overlooked and impacted by the world’s wealth and capital access gaps.
The data in the impact report was gathered through a collection process designed to meet three main objectives:

Respect people’s time and priorities. Our impact survey takes less than an hour, with 30 required and 30 optional questions. Repeat participants can reuse prior data points (after reconfirming accuracy).

Balance qualitative and quantitative data. Demographic data on leadership, ownership, and workers is self-reported to avoid making assumptions, while qualitative questions highlight impact stories and policies.

Support both investors and investees. Feedback from organizations helps us strengthen our support, and those providing sufficient data receive a customized impact one-pager for fundraising and storytelling.
