Renz Center Hosts Candlelight Vigil
In Honor Of National Overdose Awareness Day

If you have lost a family member or friend to drug overdose, please join us for a special candlelight vigil in their honor on August 30, 7:30 p.m., at Renz Center's Two American Way location in Elgin. 

If you would like to have a loved one's name placed on a luminary, contact Yesenia Lopez  or call (847) 742-3545 ext. 241 with the individual's name, date of life and death, and picture (optional).

Reservations are not required for this free event.

Epicurean Delight Tickets Now On Sale

Join us for an eve ning filled with gourmet food and improv comedy provid ed by GreenRoom Productions at Renz Center's Epicurean Delight f undraiser.  To be held October 20th at the Chicago Marriott Northwest in Hoffman Estates, attendees can expect a whole new menu of delicious appetizers and entrees, amazing raffles, and unscripted comedy by a team of comedians.

Tickets to Epicurean Delight are $95 per perso n, and include  appetizers, a gourmet dinner, an hour of improv comedy and parking. Early bird and group discounts of 8 or more people are available by calling Deb Howe at (847) 742-3545 ext. 236, or visit .

Renz Center Bids Farewell To Clinical Director

After 25 years, Renz Center's Clinical Director Colleen Koncilja bids farewell to take on new endeavors.  Koncija joined Renz Center as a counselor, and quickly moved into the role of clinical director. She is responsible for bringing the gambling treatment program to Renz Center, in addition to Opioid Overdose Prevention and Training, Positive Waves, SUPPORT For Women, to name a few. 

Everyone at Renz Center would like to wish Colleen  the best of luck!
