We know your Girl Scouts are still working toward those individual and troop goals... just a few more days to go in our 2019 Candy, Nuts & Magazine Program! Remember, you have until the
end of the day (11:59 pm) on Friday, October 25th to input any orders.
Don't forget that for every $500 in troop sales you earn $50 towards troop camping credit-and that
credit doesn't expire until Dec. 21, 2020!
Below are some instructions on how to manage your girl orders and submit and finalize your order. Please read through the steps now so you can act on the steps needed.
How to Manage Orders and Submit Troop Order
Your parents/caregivers may have input their Girl Scout's in person orders. If you are collecting orders, now is the time to collect.
From the troop dashboard click on Manage Orders if you need to make changes for a parent / caregiver.
If you need to enter any orders follow the steps below. Otherwise skip to submit troop order:
Click on the Pencil Next to each girl to edit.
Click Save and Continue after you have finished entering all girls' in person order card.
Be sure to give the order card back to the parent/caregiver for deliveries
Submitting the Troop Order
Make any edits before you click submit troop order. Once your order has been submitted you will not be able to edit or make changes.
When you are ready, click on submit troop order

Make sure to head to the bank to deposit funds for your troop order.
Important Updates/Notes
If your troop does not bank with Bank of America and has participated in the this program, please make sure to fill out the ACH Authorization form. We will also need this on file to send you your proceeds!
