This is to notify you that the Cannabis Social Equity and Economic Development (SEED) Code Amendment Planning Commission workshop that was originally scheduled for June 1 will be held on Thursday, June 8 starting at 2 p.m. The Council-adopted cannabis equity assessmentis the basis for the proposed code amendments. Staff will be presenting in person and the meeting will be held at the city Administration Building, located at 202 C St., 12th floor.

In addition, the Cannabis Business Division (CBD) has created this map to illustrate the proposed changes included as part of the proposed code amendment package. The map includes a comparison of what the change to the sensitive receptors would be if they are changed from 1,000 feet to 600 feet.
