Do you want to practice meditation with a group in the fresh air? Then this is the class for you! Meditate on the beach at sunset!
Kathleen Bell, RN will lead 4 classes during sunset. They will be loosely guided. These classes are free and open to all levels of experience.
Meet up at Cannon Beach Yoga Arts and then walk together to a destination of Kathleen's choosing. Please dress for the weather and bring what ever you need to sit comfortably outside.

Restorative yoga is active relaxation. Reclined positions supported with bolsters & pillows stimulate and relax the body, moving it toward balance. No experience necessary, available to most fitness levels. Class size is limited to 10, preregistration is recommended.

Kids' Yoga Art Camp w/ Tish Lilly

June 26th - 30th 1:00 – 3:00 PM
$100 for all 5 classes
Boys and girls ages 7-12 participate in daily yoga activities to build self-awareness and self-regulation, as well as positive peer interaction. Creative arts activities based on children's literature provide opportunities to develop personal expression, problem solving and collaboration skills. Camp will culminate in an informal presentation for families and friends.
Instructor Tish Lilly is a retired public school educator with a BS in Kinesiology and a Master's degree in dance. She served as Visual & Performing Arts administrator for Vancouver School District and holds numerous teaching certifications including Yoga for both adults and children, K-12 Physical Education and K-12 Literacy. She is currently on staff at Vancouver Yoga Center and Cannon Beach Yoga Arts and teaches numerous workshops in movement arts for a variety of clients. Quality Arts Education is her passion.

Experience customized therapeutic gemstone treatments for self-healing. Learn to balance the environments where we live, work and play – our homes, our offices and the land. Listen to the wisdom of the earth’s ability to teach us how to harmonize ourselves, our lives and our world.
These classes are open to men, women and mature children. No experience necessary. All gem tools will be provided.
Please wear natural fiber clothing, refrain from perfumes other than essential oils, and come cleansed and ready to connect with your greatest potential in a clear, comfortable and caring space for healing and uplifting.

Join Christen in Hawaii for the Wellness Wave Retreat

“Awaken to Your Life Intention” will provide tools for releasing stress and tension so that we may become energized and invigorated through Yoga, dance, meditation, journaling, art, sharing and healing arts to discover our true life potential.
The First Wellness Wave Annual Kalani Retreat will offer daily 6am practices in Yoga and at least two other workshops per day and an evening session or adventure into the local Hawaiian culture and nature. An array of healing arts will be offered including those already offered through Kalani.
Retreat Fee: $750
Lodging and meals at Kalani Retreat Center start at $495 for the 5 nights.
