• BHS Seniors must have a red Cap & Gown, Stole and Tassel for the Graduation Ceremony on June 15, 2022 at 8pm at Memorial Stadium

• Seniors received ordering packets in their ELA classes from National Achiever/Herff Jones. Packets are also located outside the BHS Main Office. Deadline to place orders with Herff Jones is Dec 31, 2021.

• Some Loaner Gowns & Caps (red) are available in the Counseling Office. If interested, have your student stop by the Counseling Center and see Ms. Bristol soon. If students need support purchasing items have them contact their assigned BHS Counselor.

• It is important to be on the Ballard High School, Seattle, WA page when placing your Online Orders. That will ensure that you get the right color (red), right Tassel and the Stole will have the BHS Crest and Class of 2022.

• When Ordering Online on the Shop Grad page there will be 2 Packages that include many items. If you would like to purchase your items individually, including the BHS Graduation Announcement cards with a drawing of the school, select the Continue Shopping button and that will display 2 Grad Pack options and at the top of that page select the Graduation A La Carte Tab.

• Graduation A La Carte options include a Cap & Gown (red) with a Stole, as well as other options displayed on the page such as an individual Cap (red), and a Class of 2022 Stole & Tassel.

• Depending on what items are ordered, some will ship directly, while usually the Cap & Gown will be sent to the school to be distributed to Seniors closer to rehearsal and graduation.

• Herff Jones Flyer (QR codes) The registration deadline on the Flyer is to register via QR so Herff Jones has an idea of what stock they will need.
