Dear Class of 2020 Students and Families,

We want to take this opportunity to express our gratitude for our families and the seniors of the class of 2020. You have been a wonderful class and we have enjoyed spending time with you at school, activities, and events over the last 4 years.
We are planning to distribute caps and gowns on Thursday May 28th . On that day all seniors will need to report to campus at their assigned time described below. Seniors will stop at 2 stations to pick up a Senior Awards and Recognition Program and then their cap and gown if it has been preordered (see map below).  The distribution will be a contactless drive-thru system. All students should enter through the back-emergency gate off Epping Road. Students should NOT enter through the main gates off Cloyden Road as those gates will be closed.
All students MUST wear a face covering and MUST remain in their car for the duration of the time on campus.
Please follow this schedule and come during your corresponding time:

Last name starting with the letters A – Da: 9:00am - 10:00am
Last name starting with letters De – H: 10:00am - 11:00am
Last name starting with I – Mc: 11:00am – 12:00pm
Last name starting with Me – R: 12:00pm – 1:00pm
Last name starting with S - Z: 1:00 - 2:00pm

If you miss your scheduled time, students should arrive at 2:00pm to pick up their cap and gown. Students who still need to purchase their graduation regalia should arrive at 2pm as well. Moon Grad Services/Herff Jones will only be accepting credit cards for the protection of you and their employees. The cost for the cap and gown will be $60.00. You can also place an order online at  by midnight on May 25th to be prepackaged with your name.

At a later date, seniors will return materials such as textbooks, Chromebooks,
and have a chance to clean out their lockers. If anything is missing or damaged seniors will have to pay to replace it, as well as pay any debts to the student store or library.

Please continue to check your email and the school website for more information regarding textbook return and diploma and yearbook distribution. Caps and gowns should be kept in good condition during this time so that students are able to wear them when it is safe to celebrate our graduates at a later date.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we seek ways to safely collect our items and celebrate the graduating class of 2020.
