Cape Cod 5 Recognized as a Top 100 Women-Led Business
We are excited to share that we have been named one of the 2019 Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in Massachusetts by The Boston Globe and The Commonwealth Institute. This is the sixth time that Cape Cod 5 has been named to this list, which recognizes thriving organizations with strong female leadershi p. The list is created through an examination of an organization's revenue or operating budget as well as other variables, including number of full-time employees in the state, workplace and management diversity and innovative projects. We consider this award a direct reflection of the passion and dedication of every member of the Cape Cod 5 team, who take great pride in serving and making a positive impact on our customers, members of the community and one another.

Mid Cape Quarter 4 Regional Meeting
The Mid-Cape Quarterly Regional Meeting ("QRM") was held on Wednesday, November 6, at the Cape Codder Resort & Spa in Hyannis. During the presentation on Financial Know-How, Stephanie Dennehy, Chief Marketing Officer, provided an overview of all of the methods and resources that Cape Cod 5 uses to support customers, employees and communities as they navigate through their financial lives and highlighted upcoming developments and enhancements. Corporators and Relationship Team Members talked about the importance of financial know-how and provided many good examples and suggestions. They also talked about how diverse the needs are, depending on where they are on their journey. Kimberly Williams, Senior Wealth Management Officer, noted the challenge of providing our customers with financial advice while they are faced with societal pressures to spend and technology that makes it very easy to do so. Acknowledging this, Dorothy Savarese, Chair and CEO, highlighted how it is ever more critical to provide customers and the public with objective information and tools that appeal to them and are intuitive.

Corporators and Relationship Team Members had several good suggestions for Financial Education workshops to be hosted from our new HQ5 campus. For example, Corporator Jitka Borowick suggested a workshop for both parents and children, in which they can learn skills to save for financial goals together as a family.

The QRMs continue to provide us with a wonderful opportunity to ideate with Corporators and Relationship Team Members on more ways that we can work together to serve our communities and customers through our Financial Know-How efforts and all of our Five Ways of Engagement
