Volunteer Opportunity - Credit for Life Fairs
Cape Cod 5 will once again be partnering with school districts throughout the Bank's footprint to deliver the Credit for Life Fair program to students throughout the 2019-2020 academic year. The Credit for Life Fair program provides high school juniors and seniors with a unique opportunity to learn how to make smart financial decisions after high school. As members of our Cape Cod 5 family, we would like to extend an invitation to volunteer at any of our upcoming fairs . Please see dates and locations listed below.

Third Quarter Regional Meetings Kick Off
The Quarter 3 Regional Meetings kicked off this week with the Mid-Cape Meeting on Wednesday, September 4, at the Cape Codder Resort in Hyannis and the Nantucket Meeting on Thursday, September 5, at the Nantucket Hotel. As with the balance of these Quarter 3 Meetings, the focus of these two meetings was Financial Scams and Cyber Awareness and detailed what Cape Cod 5 is doing to protect our customers, members of the community and employees as well as what they can do to protect themselves. During each Meeting,  Taryn Wilson , Director of Fraud Prevention, presented information on current trends in this area and drew on her expertise to provide tips on protecting against fraud. Chris St. Aubin, Director of Information Security, attended both meetings to field the many questions on Cyber safety. The Meetings included an update from Dorothy Savarese, President and CEO, on the follow up from the topics of the Meetings of Quarters 1 and 2, which focused on Accessible Housing and Workforce Development, respectively along with an overview of the recommendation to convert our Cape Cod 5 Charitable Foundation Trust into a 501 (c) (3) charitable corporation, which was announced this week in a Memo from Dorothy to both Corporators and employees.

Our Quarterly Regional Meetings -- held in each region within our footprint -- provide us an opportunity to further our collaboration with our Corporators and Relationship Team members on ways to address local needs.
