Step into Spring!


Submit steps/miles for the chance to win the challenge and prizes along the way.

The participant who achieves the most steps in each category (walker/runner) will be the winner of that category - winning a $100 Mill City Running gift card.


Those who submit their total weekly steps for each day the first two weeks will also be entered for the chance to win a $25 gift-card regardless of step count. The goal is just to help you get up and moving with the warmer weather!

Downtown Dash 5k Registration Open!


Get ready to hit the streets of downtown Minneapolis for the Downtown Dash 5K! Expect scenic city views, high-energy music, and a finish line celebration you won’t forget. Race package includes 5k Race Entry & 2026 T-shirt.

REGISTRATION PRICING:

EARLY BIRD: $40 (before March 31st, 11:59 p.m.)

REGULAR: (includes T-shirt) $45 (April 1st - May 6th, 11:59 p.m.)

REGULAR: (T-shirt not-included) $45 (May 7th - May 19th, 11:59 p.m.)

In-Person Day-Of Race Fee: $50 (May 20th)
