RUN CLUB

Are you looking for a coach or a teammate to help keep you accountable for your running goals? 
What: Meet up with friends or a co-worker
When: Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 11:30 AM
Where: Capella Tower Health Club to head outside, or on a treadmill.
Why: To get your run goals in for the day!
IN-PERSON GROUP FITNESS SCHEDULE
Please Note:
The Tuesday Core & More and Wednesday Hatha Yoga will be an In-Person class that will also be broadcasted live for a Virtual Option.
Those participating in-person WILL NOT be in the camera for the live stream.


All other classes are In-Person only.
