Description:
Register for the program and receive a training regimen to prepare for a 5k.
-October 16 - October 20, record your mile time
-November 13 - 17, re-record your mile time
Participants who complete both will be entered into a raffle to win gift cards!
Prizes:
3 participants will be selected to win gift cards to mill city running.
