  • How your system should plan for major upgrades
  • How to pay for capital improvement expenses
  • Which projects should be prioritized
  • Information needed to make capital improvement project decisions
  • How to present CIP information to boards

Interactive workshop with exercises and real-life scenarios that will prepare municipal utility and finance staff to plan, prioritize and pay for their large-scale project needs.
