A Day On, Not a Day Off: Join Us for MLK Jr. Day of Learning | |
Get ready for Capital University’s 35th Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Learning on Monday, January 19, 2026, a powerful day of inspiration, reflection, and community engagement honoring Dr. King’s legacy.
Join us for a keynote address by Judge Laurel Beatty Blunt on this year’s theme, Unfinished Business: The Ceilings We Break. Then dive into interactive workshops exploring movement and culture, wellness and faith, gospel music, and social justice conversations facilitated by community leaders and artists. Throughout the day, connect with classmates and community through meaningful activities and don’t forget to bring a donation for our America Reads book and school supply drive and winter wear collection supporting local partners.
Whether you’re learning, listening, or giving back, this is your chance to honor Dr. King’s vision together.
