When you think of the month of May, you may envision warm weather, blooming flowers, beach days and more. But for the Tripepi Smith team, May rings in another very exciting time – college graduation season.
In May and June, colleges and universities all across the country unleash over a million new undergraduates into the workforce. They will - hopefully - be excited and eager to start their careers. At one point, we were all hungry young adults excited for our first "real" job.
Our Tripepi Smith team will be home to 11 fresh undergraduates by the time summer is over. Bringing in new college graduates is our part of helping to source a new generation of talent for the local government world.

These team members arrive with a wide range of skills, including digital marketing, journalism, videography, creative writing, and communications, that will grow our capacity to sustain our goal to provide top-notch services to local government agencies and their private sector partners.
