New Automatic Missed Check In Notifications

New automated ADI call-outs will notify your defendants and indemnitors of court dates, payments due and now missed check-ins.

A simple configuration change will enable Captira's Automated Defendant Interface phone system to call your defendants and/or indemnitors and remind them of upcoming court dates, payments and missed check-ins. It can also be used for overdue payments to collect a debt.

Captira's ADI phone system can additionally record your defendant check-ins. You get your own unique 800 number which your defendants can call to do voice-stamp check-ins in addition to hearing upcoming court date and payment information and the ability to make credit card payments over the phone.
