In the Initiation phase, we want to be sure to do the right project at the right time AND do the project right! 

Our process takes into consideration lifecycle, methodologies/frameworks of project management. The Project Concept Canvas or PCC helps us tell the story.  

The PCC allows people at all levels of the organization to capture ideas they’d like to have realized. 

It also serves as a great triage for the “good idea fairies” out there. If they just want to TALK about an idea but won’t fill out the one-page PCC – they aren’t committed to seeing it done.
