Dear Bellaire Cardinals,

It is a tremendous honor to serve as Bellaire's acting principal. I thank Superintendent House for this appointment because I have long admired the culture of excellence that fills every corner of its campus. As a School Support Officer, I have the opportunity to visit many schools, and Bellaire undoubtedly is a place where great things happen. However long I may be in this position, there is no question that I am committed to sustain Bellaire's excellence, maintain a safe and healthy environment for all, and end the school year celebrating our students' success, as planned. I know each of you is #cardinalproud, and now, more than ever, I am #cardinalproud too.

If I may be of assistance to you, please let me know.

Sincerely,
Delesa Franklin, Ed.D.
