Library Update
Exciting News coming- Bellaire Alumni Author Speaker series happening May 8th - open to all students. Michael Lewis, M.D is a 1960 Bellaire HS graduate, member of the National Forensic league (Debate), track star, doctor, photographer, and author. He has published 5 books: 3 books featuring his photography, and 2 books featuring life lessons learned from his various experiences from Bellaire to working with the '97 NBA Chicago Bulls Championship team as their orthopedic surgeon.

Bellaire HS Library- despite not having a physical location open until December of 2020, is second in the district out of 35 high schools in regard to circulation! That means we read more than in most other schools even when we did not have a fully open library.

Lastly, May 17th will be the due date for ALL library books. We will continue checking out books but will begin collecting them on May 17th to prepare for the end of the school year. This will impact eligibility for final exam exemptions. Students can check their email to see what books they have out or are overdue.
