Dear Parents,
I’m not sure how many of you follow us on Twitter but most recently there was a tweet “Gone but not forgotten” with a picture of our beautiful tree in the front of the school coming down. While, yes it was a sad moment, it also is cause for celebration. Within the next few weeks, we will break ground on our new construction project. All of this $2.1 million dollar project was made possible through the generosity and support of so many. We could not be more grateful. We hope to announce our groundbreaking soon.
This build will definitely affect some things temporarily such as parking, entrance and lobby use. Even so, we cannot wait. On the other end of the building we soon will add a solar array that will definitely benefit the school as well as show our students that we must continue to be good stewards of God’s earth. Great things continue to happen at CRHS.
Campaign Prayer
Good and gracious God, we thank You for the community, Cardinal Ritter High School. We believe that You have called us to serve in Your name to support students. We know that it is now the time to add to our foundation so that our community will continue to grow in, give witness to, and spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We that You will bless our labors. Inspire each of us to realize that this sacrificial work is in Your honor. May our commitment to and support of this campaign bear much fruit both now and in the future.

COVID-19 Update
Again this year, the Marion County Public Health Department (MCPHD) is using the following system to track COVID-19 infection rates in area schools:
- Schools with fewer than five cases will be classified as green.
- Schools with five or more cases and with case rates that are near or higher than the overall County rate will be classified as "potentially red" or "potentially orange.” Schools will only become "red" or "orange" if MCPHD identifies cases as having in-school links, such as through classrooms or school activities.
Every Friday, the MCPHD will update our level based on the previous two weeks. Their system is not yet up and running this week, but we hope to have information to report next week.
