Dear Parents,

This coming Tuesday over 600 of us will sit together as a family and have our traditional

Thanksgiving luncheon, just as many of you will on Thursday to enjoy the gift of each other! But before we eat, we will pause to offer thanksgiving for all the blessings we have received.

As president of Cardinal Ritter, I am thankful for so many things. First, I am thankful for the opportunity to serve in a role that brings students and staff closer to our Lord. Secondly, I am thankful for the presence of this Cardinal Ritter community. So many of you continue to give of your time, talent, and treasure. Next, I am thankful for the administration, teachers, and staff who continue to model our Catholic values for our students. Lastly, I am so grateful for the gift of our students. I am always awed at how they are witnesses of their faith.

El próximo martes, más de 600 de nosotros nos sentaremos juntos como familia y tendremos nuestro tradicional almuerzo de Acción de Gracias. ¡Así como muchos de ustedes lo harán el jueves para disfrutar el regalo de cada uno! Pero antes de comer, haremos una pausa para dar gracias por todas las bendiciones que hemos recibido.

Como presidente del Cardenal Ritter, estoy agradecida por tantas cosas. Primero, estoy agradecida por la oportunidad de servir en un rol que acerca a los estudiantes y al personal a nuestro Señor. En segundo lugar, estoy agradecida por la presencia de esta comunidad del Cardenal Ritter. Muchos de ustedes continúan dando su tiempo, talento y tesoro.

 A continuación, agradezco a la administración, los maestros y el personal quienes continúan modelando nuestros valores católicos para nuestros estudiantes. Por último, estoy muy agradecida por el regalo. de nuestros estudiantes. Siempre me asombra cómo son testigos de su fe.

MCLT overall is a great club to experience and has an amazing group of members in it .The MCLT community are students who are getting closer to God and Christ. As my first year joining MCLT it's been a good experience for me. We get together about the plans we get

involved with, retreats, Mass, pro-life club and many more ! My favorite memory was when we had the MCLT retreat. We stayed there for 1 night and two days. It was really mind opening for me, and got to experience the life of what Christ has given us in this world. It's also great to adjust yourself from your old you to new you see growth and development into your relationship with Christ. So if you like helping out in Mass, reading psalms, and just talking about Christ, MCLT is the right place for you.

ATTENTION PARENTS

SCHOOL UNIFORMS

Parents, if your son or daughter needs uniform bottoms, we will be doing a large order Monday, November 27. We have many students who are not complaint with our uniform policy for their pants or shorts. All students must be in Cardinal Ritter issued pants, shorts, or skirts. After November 27, students who have not ordered and are out of uniform will not be allowed to attend class as stated in the handbook. Please use this opportunity to save on shipping costs to participate in the large group order. We have some sample sizes in the office that your child may try on. Students can stop by the office to order or you can email me at kjost@cardinalritter.org to let me know what your child needs. Help us to keep the integrity of the school policies by ensuring your child is in uniform. Thank you for your help in this matter.

Padres, si su hijo o hija necesita pantalones o faldas de uniforme, haremos un pedido grande el lunes 27 de noviembre. Tenemos muchos estudiantes que no cumplen con la póliza de uniformes con sus pantalones o shorts. Todos los estudiantes deben usar pantalones, shorts o faldas de Cardinal Ritter. Después del 27 de noviembre, los estudiantes que no hayan hecho su pedido y no tengan uniforme no podrán asistir a clase como se indica en el manual. Aproveche esta oportunidad para que se ahorre en costos de envío, para participar en este pedido grande. Tenemos algunos uniformes de muestra en la oficina que su hijo/a puede probarse. food for this year's Backpack Blessings!

Our annual Choral Festival for the West Deanery will take place at Cardinal Ritter High School on December 9, from 9:00am-12:30pm. This is for all students who love to sing in grades 5-8. Students will have the opportunity to sing with students from all over the deanery and perform in a Christmas Program. They will be under the direction of Ms. Kelly Leyba, the music director at Cardinal Ritter High School. This event is free for all students. Form is due to your Music Teacher by Wednesday, November 22.
