Why :  Last chance to come together on campus and bring some closure to our time together.

Prom Announcement for our Seniors

After reviewing the responses from the senior survey, working with our collected dues, and speaking with the various vendors, it is with regret that I inform our seniors that we will not be able to host the Bellaire Prom this July 25.  I understand the disappointment this brings and please know that we share your feelings.  I wanted desperately to be able to host this special event for each of you.  When we announced in late March that we had been able to reschedule Prom to the July 25 date, we were optimistic the city and country would be in a different place.  However this is the decision we feel we must make at this time.

With that finalized, we are now ready to begin the Senior Dues refund process.  Please know that the prom ticket and senior luncheon are eligible for a refund.  We will not refund the price of the Cap & Gown, Senior T-Shirt, and Diploma Cover.  Thus each senior that has paid dues will be eligible for a refund of the price they paid minus $60.  For example, if you paid senior dues of $140, then your refund will be $80.

If you would like to request a refund, then please complete the form at this link Senior Dues Refund . If you would like to donate your refund to a student in need for the Class of 2021, then you may indicate your intent on the form.  If we do not hear from you then the dollars may be earmarked for the Class of 2021.

Seniors we want to shine the SPOTLIGHT on YOU! Share a picture and your plans after graduation. We will use a random picker to select Seniors to Spotlight on social media. We will do our best to post as many as we can. Submit your information and picture here.

I hope you are staying safe and 6 feet apart!!! I have a few VERY important messages for completing your final semester of high school and graduating.

  1. Be sure you have connected with your teachers and counselor so you are aware of what you need to do to graduate and complete the year!!
  2. You DO NOT need to request final transcripts at this time. Final Transcripts will not be ready until after graduation.

If you have not added your colleges in Naviance please do so ASAP.
If this is not complete we cannot process your final paperwork after graduation.
EVERYONE should log in and update their Naviance account.

If you need help, please reach out to Mr. Lee in the College Center or Ms. Brevard or Ms. Davila, in the Registrar's office.
