Deadline Today - Parent Commitment Cycle 3
Six weeks ago, each family was asked to select either an in-person or remote/virtual learning setting for each of their children. We appreciate your attentiveness to this task as it enabled us to plan for the successful return of students to campus.

The decision you made for Cycle 2 remains in place for this school year unless you communicate to us a change in your learning preference. The window to communicate any change for Cycle 3 opens next week and runs from November 9-13.

If you would like to submit your learning setting change for Cycle 3 (December 7 - January 28), then please complete this short form: https://bit.ly/Cycle3Learning

If you plan to stay with your current learning setting, then you do NOT need to do anything else at this time.

My experience at a Black Lives Matter protest
Yasmeen Ofleh, Reporter
November 13, 2020
I hooked arms with my best friend and someone I had never met before as we formed a barricade against the police officers trying to push us away from the area. My heart jumped into my throat as I felt the officer’s baton push against my stomach. Read more here.
Seeing Berlin Wall ‘opened up my eyes’
Angelina Pascali, Reporter
November 12, 2020
The year is 1981. Sadness and awe course through Michael Rossow as he stares at the separation between two worlds. Before him stands the massive, graffiti-covered Berlin Wall: a symbol of the Cold War.
Remind Messaging App
All parents and students are encouraged to join their BHS Class Remind Group. Remind is a communication tool that will deliver important communications through text message or email. You can download Remind for IOS here and Android here. Once you download the app, simply text the class code you belong to above to the number 81010.

Remind can also be accessed by clicking on the links below to join a group.

In addition to the class codes above, students will have the opportunity to receive communication and correspond with their teachers through the Remind App.
Join the PTO
Please consider joining the Bellaire PTO. The PTO's Commitment to Learn Campaign is about to launch. Funds donated to the PTO go directly to support students and learning at Bellaire High School. There is no doubt that family involvement at Bellaire makes us a stronger school.  Join the PTO online here!
