Soccer State Champions-Ring Ceremony

The Academy of Sacred Heart soccer team was awarded their 2021-2022 State Championship rings in front of their peers Monday morning in assembly. The team was very excited to get their well deserved prize for their spectacular play on the field last season.

Middle School Fall Practices

This week in middle school athletics we are excited for students to meet with their coaches and their teammates. Listed below are the practice days and times for cross country and volleyball:  

Cross Country Practice Days:

7th/8th: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

6th: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

5th: Wednesday, Friday

All practices will begin at 3:30 and end at 5:00 PM. 

Volleyball Practice Days: 

7th/8th: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

6th: Monday, Wednesday

All practices will begin at 3:30 and end at 5:00 PM. 

We are aware that there is some crossover between both sports. The coaches are more than happy to work with students who are looking to do both cross country and volleyball.

Mater Campus Pick Up: 

Parents, please wait outside the gates for your daughter for dismissal. For Mater Campus pickup, the girls will exit from the doors on General Pershing. If you happen to be running late for pickup the girls will be escorted back to Rosary Hall for MASH and you will need to pick them up from there. 

Practice Preparation: 

Athletes should come prepared for practices with a water bottle, tennis shoes, shorts and a Sacred Heart t-shirt. Any Sacred Heart shirt can be worn for practice with any appropriate short. Please check the length and fit to ensure your daughter has appropriate shorts. We strongly encourage the black shorts in the bookstore for practices and competitions. Many other shorts such as Lululemon are often not an appropriate length or fit.
