Company in Twin Falls Idaho is looking for a feed mill operator to start immediately for their Gooding plant. This position will oversee all aspects of production for the feed operation.
Specifically, responsible for:
•Operation of skid steers, loaders, lift trucks, track-mobile and forklift
•Operation of flaker mills and dry roller mill.
•Operation of pellet mill
•Operation of bulk mixing system(s)
•Loading and unloading trucks and railcars.
•Maintaining housekeeping standards.
This full time position at the Gooding plant can be a day or night shift. Pay starts at $16.00 hr. When moved to night shift the pay goes to $17.00 hr. Will work over 40 hours a week. Schedule can be Monday-Friday, Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday. Must have warehouse management & equipment operator experience. Cannot be afraid of heights. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean background and be able to work 60-72 hours a week, working 12 hour shifts. Location: Gooding Resume Required.

Must be able to lift heavy loads repeatedly (up to 200 lbs on transfers by self), and must wear professional business attire. Knowledgeable staff will train candidates for employment. Applicants should expect to deal with a multitude of difficult situations, including scenes that might be considered very difficult to the general public, with dignity and respect at all times. Position is for on-call on a very sporadic basis. There is no guarantee of a minimum amount of work. You will be notified when you are expected to be on call and contacted when needed to work. Failure to answer the phone while on call is grounds for immediate dismissal.

Every other night and every other week-end, you will be required to be on call and respond to any and all client emergencies. We have an answering service, but require that all clients needs be responded to with-in 5 minutes with a phone call and 30 minutes for First Call. We are aware of the necessity for Cell-Phone usage and will assist with cell phone expense if necessary. Reliable transportation is required to and from work. Our vehicles are for Company use only but are available for all work-related travel. Embalming and Preparation skills are required. You must have a working knowledge of Cremation and what that entails. You will be required to run the Crematory and handle all client matters relating to such. Cleanliness is another issue and you will be required to maintain the prep-room, care for client laundry, assist with ordering supplies, and follow OSHA guidelines for cleaning client areas. You will be asked to maintain client paperwork, submitting your own client records and dealing personally with all matters relating to the Clients that you are handling. Personal Relationships and Trust are paramount to making sure you have created the best possible experience for your client under extreme duress.

We are currently looking for on-call caregivers ($11.50-16.00/hour) and we have an urgent need for a maintenance technician ($15.00/hour). The maintenance technician is 30-40 hours per week with benefits available.
