Some people follow a straightforward path in their career, staying with one company for a long time. Others, like Aimee Robertson, our Director of Engagement, show that careers can take different routes. Aimee started as a Housekeeper during college and, after finishing her degree, worked in Resident Services and Marketing at one of our locations. Eventually, she became the Campus Director of Marketing and Sales.
After 2015, Aimee continued her career with North Central University, taking on different roles and also becoming a professor. In September 2023, we welcomed Aimee back as our current I am Cassia Director of Engagement at Cassia, bringing her expertise on organizational culture development, non-profit management, public speaking, writing, and leadership.
Now, at Cassia, we understand that your career can go in different directions. It's not just about sticking to one company for a long time.
