Broiler Cook -Broiler Cook needed to operate the broiler station at the Bluegill Restaurant. Sets-up the broil station to include all food preparation equipment, plate ware, food ingredients, small wares and supply items needed for effective operation of the broil station. Refer to job# 2565939
Fry Cook - Preps and cooks all food to ensure that all items are prepared according to company specifications, recipes, procedures and quality standards. Ensures our guests have a superior dining experience by correctly timing and serving all food product. Refer to job# 2866511.
Hostess - Effectively coordinate and control the flow of the door by greeting arrivals, seating and acknowledging departures of all guests, which results in a Superior Guest Experience for all Cooper Restaurants guests. Refer to job # 2866543.
Oyster Bar - Sets-up the oyster station to include all food items, preparation equipment, plate ware, food ingredients and supply items needed for effective operation of the station. Follows the Oyster Bar Checklist for station set-up. Reports problems or discrepancies to the Chef. Refer to job # 2866691.
Pantry Cook - Portion, prepare and assemble all cold food items (salads, cold appetizers and hot/cold desserts) offered in the restaurant. Accomplishes all food preparation, cooking methods, procedures and timing to ensure that all food products meet the specifications and quality standards of Cooper Restaurants.Refer to job # 2866693.
Porter / Dishwasher- Assist in the set-up, operation and cleanup of the interior and exterior of the restaurant; washes, stores and stocks all plate ware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans and other small wares and equipment for the restaurant. Correctly cleans and maintains the dishwashing machine. Keeps dish machine area clean and sanitary. Refer to job# 2866753.
Prep Cook - Portion, prepare and assemble all side dishes (salads, appetizers, vegetables, desserts) offered in the restaurant. Accomplishes all food preparation, cooking methods, procedures and timing to ensure that all food products meet the specifications and quality standards of Cooper Restaurants. Refer to job# 2866754.
Side Cook - Cook all potatoes, vegetables and hot appetizer items prepared in the restaurant. Accomplishes all food preparation, cooking methods, procedures and timing to ensure that all food product adheres to the specifications and quality standards of Ruth’s Chris Steak House.
