Careers in Politics 2026

Join us for the 2026 Careers in Politics Conference, a full-day, job-focused experience designed for undergraduate and graduate students interested in policy, politics, campaigns, government, and civic leadership.

Hosted by the Annette Strauss Institute, this annual conference brings together leaders from across Texas politics and public service for candid conversations, practical insights, and meaningful networking. Through keynote conversations, panel discussions, and an interactive networking session, students will explore career paths, learn how to break into the field, and build connections that last beyond the day.
