Hurricane Helene: 134 of Our Seniors &
Disabled Adults Need Your Help
|
Hurricane Helene has devastated communities across North Carolina and other parts of the southeast. The 134 seniors and individuals living with disabilities who call our Asheville-based adult care facilities home are facing power outages and a lack of fresh water.
We are so grateful to individuals like you and our community partners for helping as best they can during this crisis! Just last week, we were blown away by deliveries of 12,700 hygiene kits and several thousand bottles of water from The WASH Foundation and Niagara Bottling. This has been a huge relief!
But the seniors and individuals we serve are not out of the woods yet and are in need of fresh linens, clothing, food, and transportation assistance.
Will you help restore health, hope and dignity to the victims of this catastrophic disaster by giving what you can today?
