Kenneth Nelson has for more than 20 years served as the director of business and community outreach at Montgomery College’s Workforce Development and Continuing Education unit. For the past 11 years, he also has served as pastor of Seneca Community Church in Germantown, MD. Kenneth's board and association experience includes American Cancer Society of North Nashville, the Black Ministers Conference of Montgomery County, Boy Scouts of America National Capital Area Council, numerous chambers of commerce, and more. Kenneth has an M.A in Communications and a B.S. Health Sciences.

Vivian Bass has been committed for over 30 years to improving the quality of life, independence, community inclusion and dignity of individuals with disabilities throughout the Washington D.C. area, nationally and internationally.
She is the CEO Emeritus for The Jewish Foundation for Group Homes.
In addition to serving on the CaringMatters Board of Directors, Vivian
also serves as the Chair of the Board of Trustees for Jewish Women International.
Originally from Pittsburgh, Vivian earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in special education from The University of Michigan. She and her husband, Dr. Raymond Bass, take great pride in their three sons, two daughters-in-law and four grandsons and cherish the blessed memory of their young daughter.
