A New Normal
You Are All Healthcare Heroes
It may feel like a lifetime ago that the world turned upside down because of the novel coronavirus. A pandemic unlike anything seen since over a century ago, today we continue to social distance and mask up as a part of our New Normal, waiting for a vaccine one day in the future.

Meanwhile, our patients still need us and we continue to meet the challenge of the time. TeleHealth is helping us provide preventive care and chronic disease management.

Because of dedicated staff, we will keep moving forward, delivering quality, affordable care to everyone. Whatever the role, everyone at T.H.E. is a Healthcare Hero.

We now know body weight can be influenced by many different factors -- gut bacteria, hormone levels, chronic inflammation, sleep quality and stress levels -- to name a few. Here, T.H.E. acupuncturist Norah McIntire explains how acupuncure can help keep off pounds.
