Carls Patio Expands to Palm Beach Gardens
JUPITER, FLORIDA
Kicking off an ambitious expansion plan in the Sunshine State, Carls Patio celebrated the grand opening of a new concept store at Downtown at the Gardens, a retail and entertainment destination in Palm Beach Gardens. The celebration took place April 13, 2013, and was attended by loyal patrons of Florida's premier patio furniture retailer.
The new concept store is filled with an array of outdoor furnishings, patio sets, chair and table collections, decorative yet durable pillows and floor coverings, tableware, grills for cooking and other amenities that make living the Florida lifestyle, and owning one of the

Waterfront Properties and Club Communities welcomes the signature store to Palm Beach Gardens, in addition to its other northern Palm Beach County location on U.S. Highway 1 near
Lost Tree Village in North Palm Beach. Carls Patio also has a store in Boca Raton. The Palm Beach Gardens store is the company's 10th.
All of the products offered by Carls Patio represent the retailer's freshest concepts for outdoor entertaining and the latest designs in the industry, and includes such upscale names as Fifth & Shore, Les Jardin, Lloyd/Flanders and Woodard.
Paul Otowchits, president of Carls Patio, said the leaders of the company "are thrilled" to open their new concept store in Downtown at the Gardens.
The 11,000 sq. ft. store represents one of Downtown at the Gardens' biggest anchors and is an "ideal addition" to its merchandise mix, said Jeffrey Berman, of Berman Enterprises, the property manager. The retail and entertainment destination is in a central city location near picturesque Lake Victoria.
