How do I prepare Beef Bones?
If you want to make really good bone broth there's a couple steps you need to take. Since these are raw bones its best to blanch them to remove any impurities before roasting them in the oven. After these two steps the bones are ready to be added to a stockpot (or Instantpot) and cooked for hours. Adding acid like vinegar or wine can help extract minerals from the bones.
