Need A Helping Hand          

The other day I was rummaging at an estate sale hoping to find a lost treasure. Well, in my rummaging from floor to floor I finally made it down to the basement. As I was analyzing some other merchandise, something caught my attention across the room. I couldn't believe it! It was the exact carpet cleaner I

had been searching for and unable to find. Wow! They had three bottles-the exact amount I needed. I was so excited. I happily paid for that purchase. You see, it makes my carpet look like it has been professionally cleaned.

I can't help but think how much joy I got from knowing that someone had exactly what I needed. The person who was managing the estate sale provided a service to the loved ones of the person who had made their transition. More than likely they needed the funds to help offset some of the costs from their loved one's estate. They formed an alliance and happily paid to have the estate sale professionally managed.

We all are providing services. Some of the services we provide are more tangible like the estate sale than others. Nevertheless, they bring us a certain amount of joy as that carpet cleaner did for me. My excitement came from not just the fact it will help me to beautify my home, but knowing I was helping someone else in their time of need. In essence, we helped each other.

So it is with The Showers Group Ministries. Our weekly Showers' Blessings Inspirations, The ME Place, 12/12 Wealth & Riches Hour of Power, the Oh Break Out Experience, helping to feed families and more, we do with the express intent to help others become all God envisioned. We provide compassion and encouragement as we empower others to live an abundant authentic life.

We provide a service that may appear to be intangible, but brings the same joy to others I experienced at that estate sale. As I happily gave to further the efforts of that family, I'm extending an invitation for you to help further the efforts of The Showers Group Ministries.

Simply ask yourself, "Has this ministry been helpful to you? Has it encouraged you in ways that brought joy to you in moments when you needed it? Has it helped you to embrace the authentic person God created as you become all He envisioned? Has this ministry been consistent in reaching out to provide help, hope and healing?"

If you answered yes to any of these questions, we're asking you to joyfully give to help us in furthering our efforts to bring people into oneness with who God created them to be so they can experience what He saw (spiritual, abundance and wholeness).
