- Can be religious or nonreligious, for-profit or not-for-profit.
- Exclusive Agency Partnership for the locations in following states: AL, CA, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, TN, VA, VT, WI and WV. Please discuss with your Territory Manager for additional information.

Public, Charter, Private, Religious
- Minimum written premium at the account level is $25,000.
- Public, Private and Charter schools are available for WC and Auto.
- Religious schools are available for all lines of coverage in all states except for CA.

NONPROFIT & HUMAN SERVICES ORGANIZATIONS
Religious & Nonreligious Organizations
- Minimum written premium at the account level is $1000
- WC can be written stand alone with a minimum policy premium of $20,000
- The organization must be a 501(c)(3).
- Targeted classes are Human Services, Education, Food-Related and Youth-Related. See nonprofit appetite guide for more information.
- For-profit child and/or adult daycares are eligible for this program.

SENIOR LIVING COMMUNITIES
Assisted Living, Memory Care, Sr. Apartments, Independent Living, Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC)
- Minimum written premium at the account level is $25,000.
- WC can be written stand-alone if WC premium is $20,000 or greater.
- PL/GL must be supported by Property or Workers' Compensation.
- No mono-line auto or umbrella.
- Both for-profit and not-for-profit communities are eligible.
- State restrictions apply, as do eligibility restrictions for construction and HUD focus.
- Minimum of three years in continuous operation.
- 20 resident minimum per community; 100 resident minimum for CCRC’s.
- Assisted Living and Memory Care communities must be licensed and in good standing.
- No Skilled Nursing Facilities unless part of a CCRC.
- CCRC’s only- The number of licensed skilled care beds must be 20% or less of the licensed bed total for each community. Nonprofit CCRC's are allowed up to 30%.
- Condos and converted residential dwellings are ineligible
