Dear Carroll Community,

During Holy Week we remind ourselves that God is with us- always. Our Lenten journey reaches its end this week, and we continue to live our lives in a spirit of hope.

Hope is a powerful force and one we embrace in this special Archbishop Carroll Community.

Typically, this is the time in the school year when student learning culminates with signature events like Junior Prom, the ACTS Spring Musical, Junior Ring Mass, and many events to honor our Seniors. As we continue to work to do our part to "flatten the curve" of the coronavirus pandemic, Archbishop John Carroll’s campus remains closed. Additionally, activities, athletics practices and competitions, and alumni events are postponed through May 15.

If an event has been postponed, please know that we are actively working to reschedule and/or exploring creative alternatives. We will keep our families informed as we continue to develop potential options.

The Senior Prom for May 8, 2020 has been rescheduled to June 1, 2020. Our vision is to honor the seniors during Prom on June 1st, followed by Baccalaureate Mass on June 2, and Graduation Ceremony on June 3rd. We hope to return to school in May. If we don’t, then we will review the calendar and reschedule dates as necessary.

While Archbishop Carroll leadership is aware that these events have constituted a major change in all our lives, we want to reiterate that our community is putting our students, teachers, and their families first.

Hope is never postponed. Our prayers are with you you during this blessed Holy Week. Remember that Christ is with us even during our most challenging times.

In Christ,
