--In January of this year, Sarah Siderweck celebrated her fifth anniversary of being a part of our team. She began working for us as the sample coordinator, but she quickly shifted into her current position as export coordinator and has found her niche.
--Siderweck plays a key role in ensuring that our shipping and receiving runs smoothly. Her voice is a friendly, familiar one to many of our customers as she often answers the phone, and she creates shipment notifications and contacts our customers about the shipping method. She also coordinates the trucks' schedules and all of the necessary paperwork that must ship with each order, as well as making sure that our incoming materials are accurate. 
--"I enjoy that although I mainly work with shipping, I am learning a little bit about other areas of the business as well," Siderweck said. "I love to learn new things that will help me grow with Carrubba, and I also enjoy the people I work with and the overall atmosphere." 
--Siderweck's colleague, Mindy Giannotti, said that she enjoys working with her. "Sarah is a team player who is always willing to help in any way she can," she said.
