LAS VEGAS (Sept. 8, 2021) – Carversteak, the luxury steakhouse opening Winter 2021 at Resorts World Las Vegas, has unveiled its collection of group and private dining spaces, featuring four exceptionally designed indoor and outdoor rooms equipped with state-of-the-art lighting, audio and visual technology, all fully customizable to match the theme of any meeting experience. Conveniently located within The District at Resorts World Las Vegas, adjacent to the Conrad Las Vegas lobby and easily accessible to the convention and events area, Carversteak can accommodate up to 331 seated guests for a full restaurant buyout, or a group as small as 14 in its private dining rooms.

“Today’s event planners crave customization and the ability to transform a non-traditional space into one that looks and feels familiar to guests, whether it be a corporate outing or celebration of a family milestone,” says Carver Road Hospitality Chief Growth Officer Tony Yousfi. “Carversteak’s private rooms provide that flexibility while retaining the distinctive qualities that make for a memorable, talked-about social dining experience. With its location within walking distance to the Las Vegas Convention Center just across the street, Carversteak is the ideal in-between destination – the convergence of business and pleasure.”

Located to the right of the Carversteak entrance, the Knife Shop lives up to its name with a curated collection of blades built into its design – a showcase for Executive Chef Daniel Ontiveros’s menu of prime cuts accompanied by savory sides. At 364 square feet, the Knife Shop seats up to 14 guests, boasting the full knife menu to order. Adjacent to the Knife Shop is the Scotch Room, a 364-square-foot space adorned in all varieties of the finest and rarest scotches and whiskeys - capable of accommodating up to 14 guests. The Knife Shop and Scotch Room are separated by a privacy wall that can be easily removed to create a combined 728-square-foot dining room that services up to 28 guests, with the full knife and scotch menus available to order.

The exterior Garden Lounge serves as an intimate getaway space that can be customized for cocktail parties and larger group gatherings. At 1,152 square feet, the lounge boasts a full bar and outdoor seating for up to 34 guests. The Garden Private Dining Room can accommodate up to 66 guests, with 1,207 square feet of space to service all events in an upbeat, secluded environment.

Each of Carversteak’s group and private dining rooms is outfitted with adaptable features and a 65-inch LCD display for presentations. For larger restaurant buyouts, a 30-foot LED screen that stretches from the lounge to the main dining room can be tuned to display company branding, art and other visuals.

Conceived by Las Vegas-based Carver Road Hospitality and designed by award-winning international design studio DesignAgency, Carversteak features a mid-century modern aesthetic with a rich palette inspired by the landscape of Las Vegas. The 14,500-square-foot space is highlighted by a 70-foot quartzite stone bar, 3,500-square-foot outdoor dining terrace and a dining room adorned with rotating digital and traditional art pieces.
