Some might call July the "dog days of summer," but at Casa de Esperanza, we're beating the heat with water play, cool play dates, orienting a new group of Hands of Hope Interns, and preparing for a busy fall!

It's hard to believe that half of 2019 is gone already! This is an excellent time for us to reflect on the first half of 2019 and give thanks for the generosity of so many in our community. Below, you will find an update on some of our key accomplishments, metrics, and programs.

The exercise of reviewing our impact on children and families helps us stay true to our mission - to end the cycle of child abuse and neglect for at-risk infants, children and their families by providing comprehensive residential and family support programs that transform people and communities. It also helps us plan as we move forward, and is a great reminder of the many ways our volunteers, donors, friends, and community help us keep children safe and give families hope for a better future.

We invite you to visit our neighborhood this summer. A visit is a great way to learn more about Casa de Esperanza and see first-hand how your generosity is impacting children and families. Please contact us to set up your visit!

Finally, make sure you take time to read our Summer Newsletter , hot off the presses, packed with a lot of additional news and information about Casa de Esperanza!

We are ever grateful for the many ways you support the work of Casa de Esperanza. Thank you!
